27. September 2009 - Clubshow - Impressions from Leonberg

Belle Amie annnounced in junior class!
After arriving in Leonberg a view into the catalogue made us jump the first time:
40 announced females in Belle Amie's class. First mind - better to leave again -
The second shock we should have when a friend and her really pretty female, who is placed very often
at several shows, went out of the ring, with the note 'good'!
Oops, second mind - we really should leave -
Some more sighting suggested that our judge, Mr. Olli Kokkonen from Finland,
seemed to prefer the taller and scrawny females - that was the third shock we had,
so we wouldn't have any chance!

We should be disabused and got a 'very good' after the first round of judging,
along with 14 other of total 36 females who finally where taking part at this class.

Elation - good success until now!!!
Onward into the next lap - all females with a 'very good', today total 15, were running for the treasured placements.
Mr. Kokkonen let us run round for round and was watching very accurately
about every female during the presentation.
Excitement pure, because one after another of our today having competition had been said goodbye
until finally the last 4 females remained for the placement...
and we had been one of them!!!

They had to choose the best female of the juniors
and Hungary, Denmark, Norway and Germany were running for the placements!

Place number 4 was decided pretty fast 'Unique v. Sissy-Haus' from Hungary.
After that we had to run against Denmark one time and the other time against Norway in a parallel way.
Here it was decided for place number 3 which got 'Star of Regulus Lucky Penny' from Denmark.

My God, we were running against Norway for the first place! I had no time to consider about!
Mr. Kokkonen let us run for all one's worth.
After every round he said: "Still one more round please".
I didn't keep on counting how much rounds we finally had to run. We both were out of puff!
Any time he told us to stop and Mr. Kokkonen was shaking my hand. ??? I didn't understand anything,
he didn't say anything as well and I only thought "what a bummer, 2. place", looked at him and... NO!
Belle Amie alias Namupalan Cacao N'Cream was the first placed of 36 females
in the junior class, the judge showed place number 1 to us.

Belle Amie received a 'very good 1' at the clubshow in Leonberg and refered
'Skjaergaardens Halloween Memory' from Norway to place number 2!!!

What a day!!!
In the afternoon Belle Amie won the duel against the first placed female from the youth class
'Jolie Jade v. Dreiburgenland' for receiving the special title
'Club junior winner Leonberg 2009' too - unbelievable!
Birgit - all our congratulations for 'VG 1' in the youth class!

With this great success and the anew award of junior CAC VDH & Club, Belle Amie
complies with the requirements for receiving the title

German Junior Champion VDH & Club

At this point, as already said many times, my sincere thanks
for this beautiful and very well natured young female to Satu and Nanna.
- Love to Finland -
